When Yana G.Y. stepped into the Profit Seat on The How You Profit Show, I knew we were in for something special.

Find the Core.
What’s the main promise that buyers pay for?
For Yana, it’s clarity and confidence — turning their scattered thoughts into compelling Notes.

Then build the ladder.
I planned to tease out a Prequel (help them overcome mindset or get their first ideas), a Sequel (turn their Notes into long-form content or paid newsletters), and a Spin-Off (maybe a mini GPT on writing headlines).

Finally, keep it simple.
No bloated funnels, no 17 bonuses.
Just a clear, 4-Offer Profit System that stacks one win on top of another — so buyers stay, pay, and keep coming back.

What We Missed

Even after flipping 175 businesses live on The How You Profit Show, I’ll be the first to admit — there’s always more we could do.

That was true with Yana G.Y.’s Profit Seat too.

We took her brilliant Notes-Writing GPT and built a 4-Offer Profit System right there on the spot:
