LinkedIn – I’ve Had My Head in the Sand On This One…

I teach how to leverage EzineArticles, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and more for more traffic and profits. Do very well at it…

And I must confess I’ve had my head in the sand about the power of LinkedIn to generate more Leads, Traffic and Sales…

Until now that is…

I recently came across a gentlemen and a course that yanked my head out of the sand about the power of LinkedIn, and I’m really glad I did.

The gentleman in Lewis Howes and the course is LinkedInfluence, and I highly recommend you check it out and get it – it’s only $97 and and I know for a fact the price goes up very soon…

I’ve been increasing my time on linked in for a while now. Haven’t got it down to a schedule (which it needs to be), but I’m working on that. LinkedIn is beneficial though. I’m finding it even more doable than facebook.

Jan – interesting comparison…what do you find more doable than Facebook?

Interesting. No wonder I’m getting all these invites on Linked In. But I can tell you that I think some people are doing it in a way which is more of an aggravation to people. Lately I’ve been getting them from people who “live” in the same city and its apparent they are building a clientele for their law and dental practices.

I think it is more interesting to actually join some of the linked in groups pertaining to your subject and then connect with people who you have something else in common other than location.

But you see that way of using linked in takes more time.
People have to use social media to “connect” and reciprocal share, not just spam for your own cause. If that keeps happening people will disable their linked in accounts.
So marketers beware. Show care and real interest.

I’ve had an account at LinkedIn for about a year and have not taken much advantage of it. I really need to pay more attention to social media as well as video marketing.

Always good to have plans on ways to expand my business and online presence.

    Hope you’ll join my Network!

Thanks for recommending, Jeff. I’ve heard of Lewis a while ago and bought his book, LinkedWorking; thought presented in a very inspiring way – real world networking lessons applicability to Linkedin – I’ve been delaying to pass to action for no good reason. Your recommendation has motivated me. I’m just from buying this product. And it’s great!

      Hi Olivier!

So glad you liked it – I devoured it last Saturday, implementing as I went with each video, and I’m loving the results!

I’ll be interviewing Lewis on a webinar later this month – stay tuned!
