We are told we are supposed to get between 7 – 8 hours of sleep a night. The average person gets just short of 7 a night…

So if you multiply that one hour lost by 365, the number of days in the year, it of course comes out to 365 hours of lost sleep. Now when you divide 365 by 24, the number of hours in a day, it comes out to 15.2 days total without sleep.

Now I want you to imagine how well you would function in your life if you went 15 days without sleep. What kind of focus would you have? What kind of decisions would you make? What kind of energy would you have? What would your relationships looks like?
